By now, you may have heard about the critical Log4Shell vulnerability found in the widely used Java library log4j (more info here). While many products and services are reportedly affected, we can confirm that MDaemon Email Server and SecurityGateway™ secure email gateway are NOT affected by this vulnerability.
Because of this, you are not required to install updates or take further action. However, we always recommend using the most current versions of MDaemon email and SecurityGateway for email servers to ensure access to the latest features and updates.
