MailStore has recently announced that beginning with the release of MailStore 25.1 on January 15, 2025, databases running the Firebird 3 or Firebird 2 database management systems will no longer be supported. This affects both the master database, which contains the configuration data, and the internal archive stores for email data. This means that MailStore users must update their databases to Firebird 4 to be able to use MailStore version 25.1 in January.
