Effective March 1, 2026, technical support was discontinued for the following product versions:
- MDaemon Email Server - Versions 21.x and below
- MDaemon Connector for Outlook - Versions 6.x and below
- SecurityGateway for Email Servers - Versions 7.x and below

MDaemon Connector for Outlook (formerly Outlook Connector for MDaemon) has been a licensed feature since MDaemon 18, and continues to receive updates with every new release. Recent features include:
- "Expired password" and "password change required" notifications for end users
- Administrator control over which Outlook add-ins are allowed or disabled
- Junk Email folder and Blocked Senders support
- S/MIME support for message signing and encryption
- Configuration reports for administrators, including Outlook send/receive schedules for all accounts

- Nearing/over quota alerts for end users
- Ongoing database management improvements
After March 1, 2026, supported versions of MDaemon Connector for Outlook include version 7.0.0 and up.
MDaemon Antivirus - with IKARUS Anti-Virus and Mailbox Scanning
MDaemon AntiVirus (formerly SecurityPlus) has been a licensed feature since MDaemon 18. Its antivirus engine has evolved over the years, from Kaspersky, to Cyren, and now to IKARUS Anti-Virus, which receives updated threat definitions roughly every 10 minutes to help keep pace with new and emerging threats. Recent features include:
