MDaemon Pro Tip: Appointment Booking using Custom Email Signatures

By Brad Wyro

You may recall that in MDaemon 23.5, we added calendar publishing and appointment booking for MDaemon Webmail users (you can read about it here). But did you know there's an easy way to facilitate appointment booking using your email signature?

MDaemon Webmail supports creation of multiple email signatures. This is useful for a variety of reasons, such as when a user has two or more roles and wants to add a custom signature for each role.

However, email signatures can also be customized with a custom link that allows email recipients to view your schedule of availability to book appointments - without all of the back-and-forth of trying to coordinate schedules.

Watch our latest video to learn how!

In my many years with MDaemon Technologies, I've given many product demos to companies looking for an alternative to Microsoft Exchange Server, Office 365, G Suite, Zimbra, Communigate and other email platforms, and one of the most common responses I receive is that MDaemon looks much easier to use without sacrificing on important security and collaboration features. If you're considering switching from your current email server, you can take MDaemon for a test drive with a fully-functional 30-day free trial.
